This diagram indicates correct posture and how all of the body should be aligned. Out of the pictures I would say my posture at the moment is most similar to B. Upon reviewing this I will now be conscious of my posture at all times.</div>]]></description>

By performing cool downs after class I can ensure that I wont be putting myself at risk of injury and also improving upon my flexibility at the same time. As most of the choreography I found online was full of tricks and pirouettes to impress the audience.
