The two are right before Lent<br><br>Differences:<br>1. Brazil competes in the parade while Puerto Rico uses it to symbolize things<br>2. In Puerto Rico there are people that chase people with balloons and cow bladders when in Brazil the people dressed up just sing and dance<br>3. Puerto Rico celebrates the victory of good versus evil but Brazil celebrates diversity<br><br></div>]]></description>
