         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>All legislative powers should be vested in a congress which should consist of a senate and House of Representatives</p></li><li><p>The House of Representatives chooses its speaker/officers and doesn't have the sole power of impeachment</p></li><li><p>Judgment in case of impeachment should not exceed removal and disqualification from office, but the convicted should be liable to punishment according to law</p></li><li><p>Congress should assemble at least once every year</p></li><li><p>Neither house should adjourn for more than three days</p></li><li><p>No senator/representative should be appointed to any civil office during their time appointed, or anyone holding office should be a member of the house during continuance in office</p></li><li><p>Every resolution or vote should be presented to the president and should be approved/disapproved, and should be repassed by 2/3 of the Senate and House of Representatives</p></li><li><p>To make all laws necessary for the execution of foreign powers and any other powers vested by the constitution in the government</p></li><li><p>No title of nobility should be granted by the U.S. and no person holding any office or trust under them should accept any title of any kind from any foreign state without consent of Congress</p></li><li><p>No state should keep troops or ships of war in times of peace or enter into any agreement or engage in war unless invaded or in imminent danger without the consent of Congress</p><p><br></p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Before the president takes office he should take an oath of affirmation</p></li><li><p>The president should have power to fill all vacancies that happen during recess of senate by granting commissions that expire at the end of the next session</p></li><li><p>The president should give Congress information of the union and recommend to their consideration and he may adjourn them to time as he thinks proper and he should take care that laws are faithfully executed and should commission all officers of the U.S.</p></li><li><p>The president, vice president, and all civil officers should be removed from office for any high crimes and misdemeanors</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>The judicial power should be vested in one supreme court and the judges should hold their offices during good behavior  and receive for their services and compensation which should not be diminished during their continuance in office</p></li><li><p>The trial of all crimes except impeachment should be by jury and trial should be held in the state where the crime was committed,  ut if committed in no state the trial will be held in such place the Congress by law have directed</p></li><li><p>The Congress should have power to declare punishment of treason but should not have corruption of blood or forfeit during life of the person attainted</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Faith and credit should be given in each state to public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state and the Congress may prescribe the manner in which should be proved and the effect</p></li><li><p>No person held to labor escaping into another state should be discharged from such labor in consequence of law, but should be delivered upon claim to the party the labour is served</p></li><li><p>The Congress should have power to dispose of and make needful rules and regulations respecting territory or property belonging to the U.S. and nothing should be constructed as to prejudice any claims of any particular state</p></li><li><p>The U.S. should guarantor to every state in the union a republican form of government, and protect each against invasion and against domestic violence</p></li></ul>]]></description>
