2-How did this develop your communication skills? I spoke in front of a group I had never met and shared my life story with them.

4- What could you improve? not to be as nervous

Explain the activity, my team communicated to stop a terrorist attack 
What went well? we succeeded in stopping the perpetrators  
What did not go well? some people wouldn't stop escaping and it made it stressful
What would you change if you could? i would do more planning to make everything faster

Explain the activity, i had an interview to get into police cadets by doing a series 
What went well? we got into police cadets
What did not go well? some people in my team didn't get into the police

What would you change if you could? i would make sure everyone was apart of the team next one

What went well? we won the match

What went well? a lot of children learnt new things
What would you change? try new things so they could learn more and more

What would you change? by coming in a bit earlier everyday to get a bit of work done before college

Explain the activity: I have handed in all my assignments on time and have got good grades
What went well? I got distinctions last year
What would you change? I wouldn't change anything because of my high grades

Explain the activity: I have never been told off for talking too loud, never been sent out of class and never been sent home for my behaviour
What went well? i have never been told off and this shows i am reliable
