This has been so helpful, but trying to describe these to those who have never tried to understand them before is ROUGH. There has been SO much communication, but the basis of understanding isn't there yet. Once people learned they could do this themselves, they have gravitated toward managing meetings and invitations themselves and skipping me as the "middle woman" to get their meetings together. IVC has been used less and less, but WebEx and Zoom really took off. I wonder if that impact will remain in the future, or if it will make people want to use IVC rooms more when they can.
