Caldey Island http://www.caldey-island.co.uk/ regular boat trips are run from Tenby harbour to Caldey Island throughout the holiday season to allow visitors to learn about the history and the monks which live and work on the island. Campsites (Caravans and tents): Tenby has various sites on offer to pitch a tent, rent a static caravan or take your own touring caravan. There are lovely static caravans on offer to stay in or a tent can be an exciting way to stay if you have children. Touring caravans can be customised to make a lovely “home from home” and allow you to take as much luggage as you like such as bikes and games.

Camping is a cheaper alternative to holiday cottages, starting at around £18 per night (less than £140 for 7 nights). Campsites can offer entertainment, shared shower/toilet blocks and some have a restaurant. Others are more basic and only offer shower/toilet blocks. Alternatively, some caravans have their own bathroom.

Hotels and Bed and Breakfast: tend to be more expensive than camping and vary in price from around £42 per night (£294 for 7 nights) to £2,795 for 7 nights. Hotels have the advantage of normally having your own bathroom but some smaller guest houses and b&bs may only offer shared facilities.
