Scientists are working very hard right now to help save the vaquita. They are doing this by getting rid of trolling nets in the area and many other things; such as the totoaba that also eats what the vaquita eat. However; the totoaba are also engangered and they must also be protected. Totoaba are killed for their swim bladders, which is a delicacy in China.
