She admits that she knows were Curley is, And that the reason she is there is because she is lonely and wants to talk to people."Think I don’t like to talk to somebody
ever’ once in a while? Think I like to stick in that house alla time?”(page 38) They tell her to leave but instead she stays starts telling them how she could have been in the movies," I tell ya I could of went with shows.

Curley's Wife didn't have a role on the ranch, besides Curley's Wife we didn't even know her name. She did what Curley told her to do she didn't talk to the other guys, Stayed in the house all day. She did have more power than Crook, Candy, and Lennie and she told them that no one would listen to them. And they knew it was true. Women in the 1930's didn't have a lot of say or control.

Curley's Wife's deepest Desires. Having someone care about her, And really listen to whats she's saying. People actually seeing who she is. Being able to be and do what she wants. Having someone to talk to that will understand her. Being in the movie's and pitchers she wishes that she was able to do that. Her whole life would have been different. Things that stand in her way. Curley, She realize that marrying Curley was a mistake she could have had a better life if she didn't marry him. No one listening to her, The only way she can get attention is by flirting. Being stuck at that farm I don't know if she is allowed to leave. Having Curley tell her that she's not allowed to talk to the other guys, And Curley telling all the guys not to talk to his wife.
