Health Decision making affects everyone because most commercials and sponsors advertise bad eating habits because they are getting paid.
Health decision making can certainly affect your physical health because how many times you choose to do fitness and eat the right foods and what not. They can decide if they want to go outdoors and socialise or to stay inside and play video games. Someone's emotion depends on what they choose to feel like, if you are positive and something bad happens you move on but if your negative you dwell on that bad moment and stay angry. If you are having a healthy habit and you feel sad you can choose to move on or you can choose to forget about your goals and whats important. When you choose to look at the bad things you think "why not someone else" when you can choose to live a healthy life and move on.

Food and Childhood obesity is a medical condition that affects children and also teenagers. Everyone has a body shape that is perfect for him or her but sometimes we can store excessive body fat. Childhood obesity also affects peoples Physical Health considering that Physical Health is the most visual out of all the healths which makes the person insecure about themselves. When people are relatively large they lose the courage to be social with people considering the fact that they are insecure about their weight. People with obesity get worried, nervous, depressed and overall sad about their weight which can lead to depression. If people with these types of problems are worrying too much about their problems they will lose focus on whats important such as school and other valuable things. People can feel very angry about their problem and can wonder "why me?"
