I've struggled a bit with my weight from being too skinny to a little chubby because of my bad eating habits which I have been working on for the past few months. Another one of my personal goals is to learn how to play the piano! I love to watch videos of people playing the instrument because of how cool their fingers look while pressing the keys down to make sounds. 
My career goal is to become a Director of some sort at Corporate for Chick Fil-A. I love the company and its values and am never bored of working as there is always so many new things that I encounter everyday while on the clock. 
Lastly, a family goal mine is to find a partner who has the same career goal as mine and nice hygiene. I want my partner to be career oriented while also family-focused as well. I dislike the idea of stuff being handed to individuals without some resistance along the way of some sort to help them learn and grow as a person. Everyone carries out tasks differently and a leader should know how to utilize everyone in a team correctly while also letting them able to use their own way of working. 
Another skill an effective leader needs to have is the ability to think on their feet. Difficult challenges and situations will always pop up anywhere you go and a leader should know how to provide multiple solutions to the problem so that the team is able to keep on working efficiently. 
Lastly, an effective leaders needs to know all about the category that they are leading in. What is the point in leading other people on a certain topic/task when you yourself cannot even lead yourself on where to begin to carry it out? I have never been interested in buying a certain type of car but after riding in one, I've never been more obsessed with getting one to drive myself. I have been putting insane hours at work to save up for this car.
