In Russia there are a bunch of violations of human rights, starting off with the most obvious one, the war with Ukraine. In this war, as in many other wars, multiple violations of human rights have occurred, like destruction of property, displacement of Ukrainians, etc. other human right violations are the elections, in September there were elections in Russia, and the candidate and actual president is Vladimir Putin (whom has been president for over 10 years), faced elections without opposition, which violates the right of democracy. Other violation of human rights is that in Russia, their population do not have a right of free speech, if they say something opposing the government, they will end up with 15 days (about 2 weeks) detention in prison. The spatial influence of Russia extents to most communist or radical leftist countries all over the world, countries like Venezuela, Cuba, etc.

In addition, in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, 895 Palestinians, including 463 minors, were made homeless during the same period by the demolition of 295 houses, the highest figure in the last five years.

In India, several human rights are being violated. Lately, the government used repressive laws to banish all freedom of expression. There are a lot of people who fight as human rights defenders against this norms, but they are added to the government´s Union War Book as “enemies of the state”. Use of torture by police was also affecting Indian people´s human right to life and freedom, over four people used to day per day because of the police. The victims of the police where mainly vulnerable communities, like Muslims or other religions, that is not respecting the human right of freedom to have your own beliefs.

In China the authorities take advantage of their power, they comit crimes against the basic human rights. Because the authorities are the ones that commit these crimes they do not get punished for their actions and these events keep happening. This not only leaves the government with a bad image. It makes the population feel scared of their authorities. Citizens should never be afraid of their authorities, they should trust them because they are supposed to protect them.

The city of Chine in which this problem happens the most is Xinjian, the authorities of this region mostly commit this crime against Muslims. These authorities abuse the citizens, torture them, there have been cases of cultural and religious persecutions, forced labors, sexual violations, violations of reproductive rights, and more. Many people have tried reporting this problem to other authorities but there is still no change reported.

(Humand Rights Watch, 2021)

In Pakistan there is not freedom for the people of religious minorities. There are laws, and other laws have been removed to have a pretext for violence and attacks against these religious minorities. Now, this people are vulnerable against arrest or persecution and even death penalty. And there are no options for people from a religious minority, because posing as a Muslim is considered as a criminal offense. This is clearly a political problem, because the laws in the country are promoting these attacks and discrimination towards other religions. Political decisions made previously in this country are violating human rights.

Another violation against human rights in Pakistan is how abused women and girls are. The violence against them in Pakistan consists of rape, murder, domestic violence and forced marriage. It is estimated that around one thousand women are killed in so-called honor killings every year, because of the cultural and social context. This is violating human rights, such as the right to life and being respected as a human being. One of the most problematic factors about these events is that the police is not defending the human rights of these women, and because of the social context in this country and the horrible way of thinking they have, they blame the women for getting themselves killed or raped. In addition, child marriage or non-consensual marriage is a huge problem in Pakistan, especially in religious households.

Human trafficking is something that is very popular in Taiwan. The government has policies against it but still happens often. This leaves a very bad image of the government because it seems like they cannot control what is going on in their own country. In Taiwan there is also a lot of undocumented children which only helps making humans traffickers job easier. As said before the government does have policies against this problem, but are not that strict so human trafficking can happen easily.

This country is the primary destination for human trafficking of men and women of all ages, and especially children. This violates their right to freedom and sometimes their right to life because after some time they will usually kill them so they don’t say anything to the authorities. The victims are usually trafficked to their neighbor Cambodia. It has been known that more than 5000 citizens have been reported to travel there, but they have not returned. When human trafficking is mentioned, sex trafficking is the most common type of trafficking that happens in Taiwan. Women and teenage girls are the ones most affected by this problem.

The most popular types of human trafficking in Taiwan are; sex trafficking and forced labor. Even though sex trafficking does not affect the economy that much, forced labor does.

This type of human trafficking is proven to weaken a countries economy. Also, human traffickers win a lot of money annually which human trafficking one of the most profitable crimes.
(Davidson, H. 2022)

viable solution
Once this is said, I think it is necessary to propose a solution for this problem. The solution that I propose is to make an organization that specialices in human trafficking to prevent this problem. This organization would focus only in human trafficking, preventing it and fiding the missing persons and the ones who comit this crime.

It is important for the government to help and aprove of this solution because at the end of the day it is what is best for the country. The government would pick the best to work in this organization and after that they will all start working

The violation of humans rights in Japan are very serious because there is no law that protects people from getting discriminated. The government of this country has no intentions of making a law that protects people from discrimination, even though it is a human right. Also, Japan has no national human rights institutions. A human right that as well gets violated is the right to life because of the death penalty in this country.

Of course, this actions have big consequences in the population of Japan since most of them will suffer from discrimination without nay protection from their government. For example, the rape law that this county has is very strict, the law says it only counts as rape if the victim was incapable of resistance and is there was violence or resistance involved. Because of this many rapist have been let free with no charges and the victims more scared that ever of what is going to happen.

The economy is affected by discrimination as well, people can’t get jobs because they get discriminated. If people don’t get jobs then they don't have income and they don’t have how to pay taxes. If they don’t pay taxes the state loses a lot of money and finish without less than they should.
(Humans Right Watch, 2019)
