         <description><![CDATA[Obesity is a serious problem for many people and it is one of the major reasons for the death of many people around the world.It is a dangerous disease that every one should know about for many reasons.It causes a lot of heart diseases.Also, it is a major cause for heart attack for both men and women.Obesity can make breathing a hard thing to do.In some cases obesity can cause cancer.If a person have obesity his life can be so difficult and he cant do a simple task without a lot of effort.People can have obesity for many reasons Like,eating an healthy food.Also, luck of exercise can cause obesity.Some people have obesity for a genetic cause and they just can’t lose weight .I choose to talk about obesity because it is a problem that a lot of people have and a lot of people underestimate it.Also, because a lot of kids have obesity so I really want families to encourage their kids to do exercise and eat healthy food.]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[Most people around the globe are suffering from the problem of ovesity, and in the U.S. alone, the national adult obesity rate had amped up by 26 percent since 2008, reaching 42.4% this year. However, countries such as Tonga, Samoa, Cook Islands, and others stand in the top 5 ranks in the world obesity extent and are countries and areas belonging to Oceania. Not only does obesity hinder smooth body movement and deforms body shape, but it also increases the risk of any disease that a human being can encounter. Moreover, people who are obese are not only at risk of developing serious diseases, but they are also victims of social stigmas and bullying that accompanies them from early childhood to late adolescence. Obesity has and still is one of the top most discussed and researched problems that has especially increased in our modern world, a world where fast food and decreased physical work has dominated and is increasing.]]></description>

There are many ways to reduce your weight. First of all you have to visit a dietation In order to guide you to the correct diet schedule that fit your body. Also joining a health club is a great chance to change your life style by doing a lot of exercises such as walking, swimming and stretching exercises. In addition avoiding the bad habits like eating junk food, resting at home and unhealthy drinks your chances to get obese will decrease.Further more, Walking play an important role in reducing weight. Walking from 10 to 15 minutes each day can change your life progress. More over, drinking water is essential to have a good health. Drinking water from 2 to 3 letter every day will be enough to clean your body system from toxics. Finally by following these steps, your life will be changed to a better healthy life.

         <description><![CDATA[I know someone who faced the obesity problem and he was fat that he can’t run and that’s a big problem for his health because he is not eating healthy and eating fast food that have a lot of calories and fat and that’s a common problem and it’s not good for health and the second problem is his little moving and always playing video game and sitting not moving and not doing exercises that give him energy and he was so lazy he become of this problem , we visited a doctor and he gave him a schedule to starts diet and doing exercise after doing exercises and dieting he became a skinny and a good shape of body.He started to be an athlete person because he suffers a lot from his past and his un healthy life style. He also started to teach people how to lose their weight and live in a healthy lifestyle.]]></description>
