The first way in which they are similar is that both methods offer different levels of support for the student based on the student's needs. This includes whole group instruction, small group instruction, and individual instruction. This is dependent on the student's documented needs. The next aspect that these methods have in common is that both are set up in a multi-tiered structure whereas the tiers go up to 2 and 3 there are more intensive interventions and services. One aspect that stands out to me the most is the teamwork between the teachers. With these different approaches that need to be constant communication between the teachers to ensure they are on the same base and moving at the same pace. They also provide feedback to each other to help better the instruction.

In both videos, it is mentioned that the students move around from classroom to classroom. The students work with different teachers as well. They work with their classroom teachers but when working in a small group or one-on-one they may work with a different teacher.

Lastly, I noticed that all of the teachers featured in these videos are dedicated and motivated to help the students succeed. They want each child to experience success at their level.
