I have been able to show my communication skills through doing the pre-flight briefing. This is because I had to work in a group and so for us to get our assessment up to standard, we all had to communicate so all of us knew what we were doing.

I have also shown communication skills through getting a part time job in retail. This is because I have to communicate with the customers on a day to day basis.

My motivation to hand in my assignments and get a grade of at least a merit is to become a holiday rep as it is what i have wanted to do since i was young.

My other motivation was my GCSE results. This is because passing all my GCSE's meant that i could then move onto doing this level 3 travel and tourism course at college.

Whilst working at sports direct, it has given me the opportunity to progress and work in a teamwork environment as i am having to work alongside my co-workers.
