During the module I often faced issues such as the time I completely messed up my bread (it tasted good but looked horrible...).          <description><![CDATA[<div>I made tarts again, because the previous one was undercooked and i added too much salt into the shell. This time, I tried adding a bit of sugar into the custard, but the texture changed completely, making it harder to plate it nicely. The texture is quite interesting though.<br><br>I put a blueberry on top to add contrast, otherwise everything is yellow and not pretty. </div>]]></description>

The prata was a bit deformed because it folded over on the pan while I was making it (I had left the prata out of the fridge for too long).
