My greatest challenge was likely time management, there were times I did not have enough time to clean up thoroughly / do plating.

value: resilience! During the module I often faced issues such as the time I completely messed up my bread (it tasted good but looked horrible...). But if you don't give up halfway and do something to the end, it will turn out alright.

This time, I tried adding a bit of sugar into the custard, but the texture changed completely, making it harder to plate it nicely. The texture is quite interesting though.
