Repeat: I just keep a student roster close to make sure when I'm calling on students, I'm including everyone in the discussion.  In the past, without the list, I felt like I was more prone to call on the same students so now I'm doing better diversifying.
Delete: I'm not sure on this one yet. Normally, I give students an end of semester survey to see what didn't work well for them. We would like to add to our morning meeting by having each student identify their mood and how they are feeling as well as something from their night/morning
Repeat: Greeting students one by one.  Acknowledging them individually with positive greetings
Delete: I am currently unsure of what we can delete. As a team, we feel that almost everything we are doing in the classroom is meaningful and the students have had positive attitudes.

Repeat: Take any content from Google slides that were made previously (2020-2021) and incorporate them for early learners.
Delete: Any instruction that was proven not effective.
Finish: Expand the lessons through scaffolding for ELL's - language and content; Early Learners - Fundamentals of Learning which increase scores and decrease barriers; Middle School and High School students - Using community building SEL lessons and projects that place emphasis on peer interaction.
