         <description><![CDATA[<div>Lisa<br><br>I tried to eat chestnut. It was crunchy, sweet with a very special flavour. It comes from Japan and it is rich of vitamins and carry less fat. It has a similar taste as sweet potato or corn. I think&nbsp; I am going to eat that&nbsp; again because I really liked it.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I normally have pasta with tomato or cheesy sauce but today, i ordered Penne Arrabbiate which is pasta with spicy garlic tomato sauce.<br><br>The taste was good and not too spicy.  I enjoyed it and would order this again!<br><br>Tomato contains lots of vitamin C which is an antioxidant,  Garlic which contains "Allicin" has medicinal properties to combat sickness and very nutritious and Chilies contain vitamin C and carotenoids which improve insulin regulation. <br><br>The pasta of course is carbohydrate and gives us lots of energy.</div>]]></description>

I am not a very bean person.&nbsp;<br>However, red kidney bean is one of the superfoods. Very nutritious. It provides a lot of protein, soluble fiber, vitamin B9, magnesium, potassium.&nbsp;<br>It protects us from heart disease. It also protects our skins from aging and pollutants as red kidney beans have lots of antioxidants.&nbsp;<br>It is also a healthy source of complete protein to keep fit.<br>Super good food after all!</div>]]></description>

I felt a little bit nervous as I don't like eating it.&nbsp; Because of my homework I had to try it. The grape was&nbsp; sweet and the skin was a little bit bitter. I did not like it so I splat it out.&nbsp; The satsuma was also sweet, tasted like orange and was juicy. I didn't like the texture so I also splat it out. Mum wasn't very happy with me.
