1) Emphasise on teamwork. Example : If you're the stronger ones, assist on the weaker ones.

2) Assist on briefing together. We will mix all the students together from the stronger to the weaker ones & we will ask them 'what do they want to achieve mentally at the end of the day.'

3) We will ask if they have met their objective by using the 4 F's.

1. By grouping them into mixed groups (race, gender).

   And also for them to be mixed with cooks and non-cooks.

2. Masterchef Outdoor Cooking -

   Students will be given a certain amount of money to buy ingredients. The dish you will be cooking will be a traditional dish from your race.

3. What was the dish that you cooked?

   Has anyone else in the group ever eaten this dish before?

   Is there any difference from this dish to your own traditional dish?

   Do you know what makes this dish special to the respective race?
