On the night of New Year's Eve, take a thrown away can and drill holes on it with nail and hammer or a drill. Then hang that can on a string. Put a pine cone, piece of wood, etc. Then light up fire. And spin the can which make fire grow bigger. When fire got big enough, you throw whole can to the rice straw.
