About the Project Group. I'm actually working with team 2, like you guys told me so the first day of the program, but turns out that in the list you uploaded in the Padlet I appear on team 7. I suppose that you, the Kansai staff, made an rearrangement of the members and putting me in the place of the other girl from my same university that isn't attending any of the sessions done by now. At the same time, I can't help thinking that this must be a misunderstanding, and I don't want to cause more confusion towards the Final Project to any of my teammates and other teams. What do I do? Do I keep working with team 2? Or work with team 7?

The project presentation should ideally be a multimedia presentation that is approximately 5 minutes in duration. Try not to exceed 10 minutes as the focus is making something concise, punchy and effective.

You are free to use any apps or software, as long as your final project can be uploaded or linked to the padlet.

You are free to choose any topic that relates to the broad theme of mental health and well-being. This could be a focus on a very specific issue, or could take a broader perspective. You can take an applied perspective or adopt a more conceptual or theoretical approach.

What might be worth considering is how you could incorporate some aspect of culture in your topics, particularly given the intercultural teams/groups! For example, how might attitudes towards mental health be similar or different in the cultural settings that you are familiar and experienced with?

If you want to use AI tools to help with the design/aesthetic aspects of presentation that is fine - but ensure any other content is done by your actual group. No point in doing it otherwise!

Not every person in your group needs to speak/present - you should aim to have group members contribute based on what they can contribute most to the presentation.

Given the freedom to approach the task in many different ways, we do not want to give to many tips or guidelines as they might be mistaken as rules you need to absolutely adhere to, which is not the intention. Provided the presentation is of appropriate duration, and that your grioup has a clear focus on a topic or theme relevant to mental health and well-being, the most important aspect is that you produce something you think makes for a useful contribution for anyone interested in these topics.
