This website provides teachers with ideas of what a lesson, reading passage, or activity could look like when differentiated for different levels. Teachers enter an already-created lesson plan and this tool creates a more advanced and less advanced version of the lesson, translates it into a different language, or changes it to meet some other specified need. Whenever teachers see a need in their classroom, but aren't sure how to adapt the lesson to meet that need, this tool can provide resources to begin to meet that need.

This resource allows for the quick creation of paper and/or digital activities based on content. Teachers can enter in content they are teaching such as vocabulary words, math procedures, or social studies stories, and this tool will create activities based on the content. These activities might be formatted like a quiz, matching game, fill-in-the-blank, labeling a diagram, or other activities that can make a lesson more engaging for students. Using this tool to quickly create a variety of resources over the same content allows teachers to let their students choose how they engage with content. Creating choices in how students represent their learning can increase the efficacy of instruction.

Snap & Read is a web browser extension that makes digital text more accessible to learning readers or individuals with visual impairments. The extension can read the text on a computer screen out loud to an individual (including reading off of screenshots), simplify the vocabulary or language used in a written passage, translate writing into different languages, and allow users to highlight from what they read. All of these tools would allow students at a variety of academic levels to access the same online content, learn from it, and respond to it.

This resource provides specific skill-based lessons on a variety of math concepts for all grades. In an elementary classroom setting, a teacher could use this tool to supplement instruction for students who need to be explicitly taught a skill multiple times before they are able to do it themselves. Older elementary students could find and watch these videos themselves as they notice they need review on particular subjects, and younger elementary students could be instructed to re-watch the video over a concept each time they complete math practice. This is also a resource that could be shared with families to support struggling students.

This tool allows teachers to create digital worksheets to accompany their lessons. Digital worksheets allow teachers to include images, videos, and audio files in addition to the traditional text on paper worksheets. Creating activities with a wider variety of modes of engagement makes the content more accessible to all students. The digital format also allows students to respond in a variety of ways, such as drawing, typing, or recording themselves talking, which meets more student needs by providing multiple means of expression of what students know.

This platform allows teachers to design presentations with embedded assessments. Teachers can design slides to be used when teaching live in front of a class, where at given points in the lesson all students can digitally participate in a live response question to measure their understanding. This informs how further instruction or activities need to be differentiated. Teachers could also design a slide show for students to complete asynchronously, allowing students to move at their own pace and show what they know as they move through the lesson.
