Though some may believe that --- I believe that it is best to supply Universities instead of pre-school/primary educations:
- Universities provides the country with precious urgently needed educated professional in different fields, this is crucial for a country's development. You could probably get professional people to solve the pre education problem and other existing problem. Despite it cannot get any quick results, in the long run, it will make a significant difference （not to mention that pre-education would take even longer）
- Universities can also produce alot of profits in the short-run. Students in the universities work on various different works, and these works, ranging from art and litereature to science and engineering, could be suprising helpful. Universities could essentially act as a research facility.

Whether people spend too much time on entertainment rather than things they should do is a hot-bottom issue these days. There are people arguing that people need spend more time on things they should do, since it can makes their life more valuable and worth spending. However, I don’t agree with this statement, people should actually spend more time on things they like.

In conclusion, it is crystal clear that people nowadays should spend time on doing things they like to do. This is mainly because the thing we like to do actually can makes us more efficient, and get more achievement. Furthermore, the things we are interested on can also be the things we should do, because they do not contradicting each other
