I have been asked to read the company policy, staff manual, working SOP, risk assessment and tried to understand all of them as fast as possible. My company is a leading campsite that specializes in outdoor team building activities. They have rewarded The Best Outdoor Programs in 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019 by OutdoorLeaders.com. There are 4 important components that operates the company, they called it 4Fs, which means Front Office, Fun, Facility and Food. All this four components plays decisive role in the company operation.

I get to know with each of staffs working here. They show their friendliness to newbie who's started working on his first day. My colleague brought me go one round in our campsite area. She introduced me all the facilities, types of activities that we provide and explained one by one in detail. She taught me how to do site visit so that I can bring customers who wish to have site visit at our campsite.
Later on, I had outdoor activity training. The first outdoor activity that I learnt about was Flying Fox. I have been taught how to briefing on how to wear the safety equipment such as harness and helmet.

After that, I went back to office to learn about account. My colleague taught me with full of patience. We reached the peak of Broga Hill around 700am. After watched the sunrise, we went back to our company. We reached company around 830am.

My colleagues continued train me with front office training. They try to explain the package that our company provides to me. After that, I have been taught on how to be a program coordinator to give welcome briefing whenever groups coming. It was like goosebumps moment when need to speak in front of so many people. It needs high confidence to be able to do that. I afraid I am not ready to speak in front of such many people.

Next, do stopper for Flying Fox. In night, we prepared campfire for them. I do shadow for DJ. I saw my colleague controlled PA system and music very well. That's why they took longer time to come back.This group checked out their room after that. They managed to take photograph with our instructors before they left.

Later on, a new group just reached here. I gave welcome briefing to them. After having our lunch, we started the activities for them.I did Flying Fox tibloc, just do shadow for my colleague. Heavy rain came, then not allow them to continue the activity. My colleagues have prepared indoor mini games for them.

The campers started to share what's their feeling when doing those activities.I saw some of them cried when sharing his/her own feeling to all the people in the group. At afternoon time around 3pm, I be the shadow inT7. The campers show me the teamwork spirit among them. They are a good team.

At night,we have campfire show for campers. My responsibility tonight was to do DJ and play the music correctly. We keep negotiate with every groups to ensure everything will be under control on this coming weekend. That's the hardest thing I have faced so far. We facing full house today. We try to give the best service to the campers even though today is full of people. Like usual, I do the stopper for Flying Fox. Before that, I was asked to wash the Flying Fox pulleys so that got extra pulleys can be used on today. When afternoon session, I was assigned to lead a group of primary students to do their field game. Unluckily, heavy rain has come and got thunder also, we have to gather all campers to sit at the basketball court while waiting for the rain to stop. We let the campers play some mini games at basketball court. 

On that night, we also having campfire show to perform in front of campers. From my point of view, the campfire show is very nice because we gathered the most talented performers to do the campfire show this time, plus some performers are from our sister camps, not many chances can see their performance. I really appreciate their hardwork and dedication towards work. Everything is under control today, so thanks again to all the people who joining today. The objective is to check every zone in our camp in term of cleanliness, standardized, tidiness,.. including office, operation room, dorms, stores. 
Everything need to make sure standardized as we need to make sure we can pass the NARTA inspection,which is very important qualification to our camp. 

We checked every zone, the staffs are divided into 4 groups, so that every group handle 1 zone. My groups will handle Zone B, we need to make sure Zone B is clean, tidy, standardized, the landscape is beautiful. We have 2 days to settle it.

Afternoon session, there is appraisal session. Every staff is called to meet HR manager one by one to tell out the feedback, comment, difficulties faced in the job,... There is 1 group of family come from Malacca, came here for our Happy Replay campaign. 
For Happy Replay, customer can play 8 types of activities with no limit from 9am till 12pm. The concept is a bit like pass entrance in water park. Once we buy the ticket, we can play all the facility inside the water park until they close.
