It's a medical condition that raises the risk of heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and certain malignancies. There are three reasons for obesity. First of all, the addiction to junk food is the most dangerous habit for the human body. Because junk food makes people eat a big amount of food and it contains a lot of terrifying calories. And because it does not contain many useful vitamins, on the contrary, it contains high levels of hydrogenated fats and carbohydrates that are above the natural needs of humans. Second, not exercising or doing sports at all, and this is a sufficient reason for obesity. Because not doing exercise causes fat to accumulate because no work causes it to burn, so they will be fat. Finally, genetic problems There are many problems in the genes that cause obesity. For example, problems with the thyroid glands can delay the metabolism process, which in turn burns calories. For this reason, many people's hopes of becoming slim are shattered.
