How they train

It doesn't matter what position you play, you always need to train and every player does. When playing on such a high level of football if you don't train you could get seriously injured or you wouldn't be allowed to play if that what the coach thinks is best. When you look at all these NFL players all big and muscles ripped, all they do all day everyday is eat, work out, train, sleep, repeat.

J.J. Watt

J.J. is an amazing player, most definitely 1 of the best defensive players in the game right now. He is number #99 and plays for the Huston Texans. Watt has four years remaining on the six-year, $100 million contract he signed in 2014 - it was extended by two seasons for cap reasons - but the guaranteed money came in the early years. Watt made $11 million last year and $13 million in 2019.
