They can give you incite on your struggles they have already been through. Also, history repeats itself I like to think my grandmother would know what to do in a crisis. The elderly in this day in age have gone from having little electricity and growing their own food to provide for their families, to having the internet at their fingertips and flying drones delivering groceries. I do not think I judge people based off of their age.
