         <description><![CDATA[<div>Per state DOSE meeting yesterday with OSEEL, the issue of confidentiality was brought up  with serving students in groups virtually.  Both Gretta and Sylvia (of KDE) stated that "<strong>this is NOT a confidentiality violation</strong>.  When students are participating in groups virtually, your teachers are not sharing any 'student records'.  They shared this is no different if we were in brick/mortar and parents could see or hear students being instructed by special ed and/or related personnel."  </div>]]></description>
