The WAR is a state of usually open and declared armed hostile conflict between states or nations. The war is a period of such armed conflict. It can also be between people of the same nation (civil war).

The EXPLICITLY REPORT is when journalists show the cruelty of the war or in general the brutality there are around the world. Moreover it is shown including private informations of people.

Unfortunately, the news is always reported impartially and not all the facts are reported many times they show us only what they want us to see and the truth. So that it should be shown what's happening to let everyone aware of cruelty of war.
•omitting and censoring things, they can also make people think that war is far away, but really what happens in each part of the world affects each one of us. 
•Showing the devastating aspects of war can help to raise awareness of what is really happening and make people think more, because knowing the reality of war no one would ever want to do it

because are never enough to make us understand the atrocities of wars and help us to realize how today’s society has failed. In fact, as we can see, war and violence are thought to be solutions, although they aren't

Although explicitly reports are difficult to do because journalists are in danger to film war crimes and the war itself, it is fundamental for us. Thanks to this type of reports in fact we can get in contact with reality far away from us but mostly with the cruelty there's around the world.
In fact with the lack of communication or  the absence of true news creates disinformation and chaos, apart from impunity, that is what is happening for example in the city of Mariupol (as the journalist Chernov says).
 Spreading these information in fact can change the course of the war because, letting people aware of what's really going on, nations would move to help countries in difficulty.

If the events are not explicitly reported, every part which is fighting can distort the pieces of information which have been omitted. For instance Both Ukraine and Russia were telling totally different things about the Moskva Cruiser until the Images of  the Sunk cruiser were published.

Men should be able to see what his similies can do, in fact if they don’t see what actually happens, they couldn’t believe that and they can be easily manipulated.

In my opinion the images are not to explicitly reported. Reporting those images and videos is fundamental for making other people aware of what is going on in Ukraine about the cruel and violent crimes of war

1)If you are willing to take a side in the war you have to be aware of what is going on, even the terrible side of war.
2)Citizens themselves want the news to be spread and to be as true as possible so that other people can help them escape from that situation. 
For instance citizens in Mariupol who begged the journalists to help them spread the horrible things Russians did. 
3)To make people understand how terrible war is and to make them believe in what is really happening.
For example If Chevron hadn't released videos of dead pregnant women, no one would have believed Putin's terrible acts.
4)If journalists were forced to censor articles, many people would believe that these situations are far away from them and would not feel touched at all, while these horrible situations could happen to everyone
5)News must be reported impartially and as they really are, so that they can have the impact they deserve.
6)Omitting the deaths or cruel actions of war can make people believe that war itself is useful.
7)To contrast fake news that are shared by major forces.
Like, for instance, Putin who tried to hide the bombing in mariupol with the excuse that Ukraine was faking everything, or, like the journalist said, like Trump who spread daily false informations.
8)In Russia there are restrictions on access to reliable and credible information, including through censorship of the media. These restrictions violate human rights and the right to freedom of expression
9)The main job of a reporter/journalist is to spread news and information, being the "eyes" of the people who are not able to live the events in first person.
10)If you don't show the terrible side of the war, the death of the people who have been killed, will be meaningless and wasted, all the people will simply be forgotten.

However, although the war is repurposed by the current legal order, it is still present in many states of the world in its many forms.

VIOLENT CRIME: In a violent crime, a victim is harmed by or threatened with violence. Violent crimes include rape and sexual assault, robbery, assault and murder. They oppose and destroy every human right.

EXPLICITED REPORTED: when the information is documented and reported in a crystal clear and impartial manner, without omissions or censorship, in order to witness the reality without filters

Reasons:
- to document reality as it is, as impartially as possible without filters and half measures

- to be able to transmit the objective gravity of events and to obtain feedback from people 

-to fight any kind of censorship or deception by the criminals/governments involved

- reporting the events with images and testimonies of the victims involved appears to have a more dramatic and realistic impact, able to convey the seriousness of the consequences of war and violent crimes
