         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Richter scale is used to measure earthquake intensity, the amount of energy released and also compared the size of earthquakes. And the pH value is counted as the negative hydrogen ion concentration. Therefore, when the pH value of a solution is 7 the hydrogen ion concentration is 10^1.</div>]]></description>
