- So, my name's Nguyen Quoc Huong, I come from HCM city which is one of the most bustling cities and also known as the economic hub of our country. Now I'm a sophomore at HCMUTE and majoring in Industrial Management.
+ Strengths:
- Talk about my strengths, I have vital management skills, leadership qualities, and supervising skills. To prove that, I used to be a teaching assistant for a class with 20-30 people from children to adults, and thank these abilities, I can manage and teach them. And now in university, I'm usually a team leader for every subject and always make an all-out effort to get A+ for these.
+ Weakness:
- On the other hand, I really care about what other people think and whisper about my work and myself behind my back, due to this weakness I can't concentrate on my work and make many mistakes, which also leads to low efficiency and productivity. But now I'm trying to enhance my weakness by paying less attention to their words and focusing on my work to prove my ability.
+ Goals
- My short-term goal is to get into a supervisor position in your company.
- Besides, being a manager after 5-7 years when I have enough experience, knowledge, and achievements is my long-term goal.

  • Strengths:
    • I think my strength is leadership. I work as a leader for almost subjects. I always offer the best options for them and I'll do the bigger part. And of course, I am always ready to help them if they need me and give suggestions if they are not doing well. With good leadership skills, I fulfilled my role well and achieved the results I wanted.
    •  Weakness:
    On the other hand, I'm too sensitive. Sometimes I overreact. I overreact to mistakes that focus my attention on blaming others rather than learning from them. But now I'm trying to get through it by thinking clearly to improve it and work better

    To talk about myself, I also have some strengths and weaknesses. I'm a generous and easy-going person but when it comes to work I'm a competitive perfectionist.     Hello guys, I'm Pham Minh Khanh, I'm 22 years old. I come from An Giang province which is a beautiful place. My hometown is famous for spiritual places such as pagodas, temples that attract more visitors per year who want to pray for their luck. In addition, An Giang's cuisine is very diverse. Especially, fermented fish is one of the most popular dishes here. Another aspect, I'm a freshman at Thu Duc technology college. My major is electronics and telecommunication.
    + Strengths:
    I think I'm a patient and caring person. I can spend a lot of time to research wires on the mainboard to figure out the errors or arrange more devices to connect them directly. It's so sophisticated. Moreover, being careful is one of the compulsive characteristics you need to have if you don't want to be dangerous for your life. Every time, when I finish the connection of electrical circuits, I always check it carefully before submitting it to my teachers or practicing with AC current.
    + Weakness:
    I admit that it's hard for me for controlling my emotion. I am hot temped, For example, when I have a problem with my exercise on a printed circuit board for the first time, I feel very angry and lose control. I think I'm a bad guy.  But now, I am trying to improve it more and more by being calm down, believing in myself, and concentrating on my purpose.
    About future goals:
    +I want to be a person who are benefit society, my family, and myself.
