<title>Hi group, if our goal is to teach the norms for respectful and collaborative discussion, its important that we teach good listening/ speaking skills. Specifically, we should look at how that manifests verbally as well as non-verbally. This is especially important when teaching students in a class who come from different cultures, as appropriate behaviour when communicating varies from culture to culture. </title>
