         <title>Yellow Fever Outbreak: Xavier Rahe</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>         The Yellow Fever Outbreak was caused people to have body aches at times and also muscle pains and pain to the stomach. The virus was like malaria and was carried by mosquitoes.&nbsp;<br>    Refugees came back from the Caribbean and soon fled through Philadelphia. Within weeks, people started experiencing symptoms. By the middle of October, 100 people and more started dying from the virus every day.</div>]]></description>

Shall be loaded on a board of vessels that belong to the party.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>     The XYZ Affair was a diplomatic incident between French and United States diplomats that resulted in a limited, undeclared war known as the Quasi-War. <br>The commissioners, like other of the Adams administration, viewed France as a center of the Directory made it difficult for the Americans to accomplish their mission. Upon arriving in France, Gerpy, Pinckney and Marshall found that they were unable to form a meeting with the Foreign Minister.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Fries Rebellion: Chase Smith</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>     People, such as John Fries and John Adams, were some of the people involved in the topic.</div><div>     Federalist wanted to have a federal tax on all property including land, buildings, and slaves. This made a lot of people angry mainly farmers. </div><div>     President Adams unleashed federal troops and militia into rebellious countries and started making arrests. They captured Fries and he was convicted of treason. He was also pardoned by Adams in April, 1800.</div><div>     The Fries Rebellion happened in July, 1978.</div><div>     This was important because that put taxes on things we have today.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The election of George Washington was the first official U.S. Presidential election. He was elected with 69 electoral votes. Each elector in the electoral college passed two votes.<br>   The candidate with the majority of the votes would become president and the candidate with the second most votes would become Vice President. They thought of Washington as an obvious choice. </div>]]></description>

They were the 2 candidates going against each other.</div><div>     Thomas Jefferson won the election versus John Adams, from the help of Alexander Hamilton.</div><div>      This election went from October 31 to Wednesday, December 3</div><div>     This topic is important for one huge reason. If this did not get held or these people would not have ran for president, some of the things that needed to be done would not have been able to be done. Also, Jefferson would not have been one of our presidents and after John Adams may have not been president.</div>]]></description>

The embedment were to protect the rights of U.S. citizen.</div><div>     The ratification of the Bill of Rights happened in Virginia. </div><div>The ratification of the bill of rights happened in September of 1789</div><div>     This topic is important because if the bill of rights wasn’t ratified, the basic rights of any U.S. citizens wouldn’t be present.</div>]]></description>

Constitution   complained that the document had slighted God for it contained "no recognition of his mercies to us". The constitution was reciting about the religion for two reasons.<br>That religion was not otherwise addressed in the constitution did not make it an "irreligious" document any more than the Articles of Confederation. The constitution dealt with the church precisely as the articles had, thereby maintaining, at the national level.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Whiskey Rebellion threatened the stability of the United States and forced President Washington to personally lead the United States militia westward to stop the rebels. Alexander Hamilton proposed the tax upon the United States and the legislation was passed by congress.&nbsp;<br>  The farmers felt that this act has unfair. The farmers who sold their corn, grain, and rye, to make the whiskey were uspest because they were no longer making income from their crops. They felt that this was an abuse of federal authority and was wrongly targeting a group that relied on crops.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

The Jay's treaty is a treaty knows as "The treaty of Amity, Commerce, and Navigation".&nbsp;<br>  The treaty was created to solve problems between the two countries that were left unsolved from American Independence. The American people did not like the treaty but realized and agreed that it did solve problems and resulted in peace.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
