         <description><![CDATA[<div>Yes, because he kept accusing the senate of killing Julius Caesar. When someone commits a murder, they usually try to push the blame onto someone else-- and that's exactly what Augustus was doing in his testimony after the assassination. Also, he said he was "forced to seize power", when nobody really forced him to do anything. He probably murdered his uncle for the position of consul. </div>]]></description>

Not only this, but Augustus tone of voice shows that he might want to rule Rome differently. Another reason is that his facts are all correct, since Juluis Caesar ruled and did lots of accomplishments, the senate is left out and don't get to do much.
