My name is xiexie ezathy, and I’ve always had a passion for mathematics and teaching. Growing up, I was always the person classmates turned to for help with math, and I enjoyed the process of explaining concepts in different ways until they understood. This experience sparked my interest in becoming a math teacher. I am eager to make math accessible and engaging for students, and I believe that a strong foundation in education is the key to achieving this. That’s why I am applying for this program to develop the skills and knowledge needed to teach math effectively in a classroom setting.

My biggest strength is my ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, clear way. I have a lot of patience when it comes to teaching others, and I’m good at breaking down difficult topics into manageable steps. Another strength is my passion for helping students succeed, especially those who might struggle with math. I’m also a quick learner on math, and I enjoy finding creative ways to engage students, whether through hands-on activities, real-life examples, or technology. I’m committed to continuous improvement, and I’m always looking for ways to refine my teaching techniques.

I graduated from pre-university at SMK Spaoh with a focus on Visual Arts. To support my family after my mother’s passing, I’ve worked in various stores to gain experience and contribute financially. I am genuinely passionate about this position and hope to be selected, as it would significantly help my family during this challenging time.

What are your strengths?

I am highly adaptable and have worked well in team environments, collaborating effectively with others. Additionally, I communicate fluently in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, which helps me interact with a diverse range of individuals.

I possess strong problem-solving skills and can think clearly in critical situations. My previous work experience has equipped me to streamline processes and improve efficiency, ensuring that tasks are completed effectively and promptly.

What are your strengths?: One of my key strengths is discipline. It has helped me manage my time and responsibilities effectively, whether it's completing household chores or fulfilling academic tasks. My discipline allows me to stay focused and achieve my goals.

What are your weaknesses?: One of my weaknesses is managing my anger in stressful situations. However, I have been actively working on improving this by practicing patience and staying calm.
