Pre-wrap is the best solution to common situations where the skin is not shaved. Always ask athletes if they have any known allergies, such as to the adhesive or the tape. All oils should be removed for better adhesion. And all cuts and blisters should be covered.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Turf Toe Taping</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Turf Toe is a sprain of the (MTP) Joint. Taping is intended to limit dorsiflexsion of the MTP joint.<br>1. Anchor strips are applied using 1 inch non-elastic tape around the big toe and 2 inch tape around the arch of the foot.<br>2. A series of tape strips are applied in a fan-shaped pattern, starting at the toe to the arch.<br>3. A circumferential wrap using elastic tape is applied from toe to arch. A tie-down anchor is then applied over the toe area to complete the procedure.<br><br></div>]]></description>
