At the firm, Glenn Griffin and his employees offer residential and commercial landscaping services ranging from design and hardscaping to lighting, fencing, drainage, and irrigation.

Besides his landscaping business, Mr. Griffin owns three other related businesses, including Hilltop Nursery and Garden Center for shrubs, trees, and indoor plants, Griffin Organics for plant health and lawn care, and Diddell Farms, where he grows plants, organic vegetables, and blueberries and also keeps farm animals.

Mr. Griffin’s dedication to his field has seen him develop his businesses from the ground up, employ more than 100 workers, and work with thousands of clients. His love for the environment and desire to help his customers has driven him to develop innovative ways to tackle problems in his field.

He has achieved several milestones, including completing ten contracts for planting more than 20,000 trees for the New York City Parks Department, developing a nursery and garden center from the ground up with five acres of plantings, and owning and operating more than 30 properties with 140 rentals for both homes and businesses.

Outside of work, Mr. Griffin engages with groups and organizations such as agronomist and arborist societies and attends local fundraising events. He also enjoys gardening, hiking, reading, and playing golf and hockey.
