I could record myself reading our stories so that they could go back to them whenever needed.  I plan on recording myself giving the spelling test so that I don't waste 40 minutes of my morning on Friday giving 4 different spelling tests.  This would allow for differentiation within my math groups - videos teaching skill, practice with me in small group.
Struggles: 
Number one issue would be the actual working of technology. Struggles: 1. Time 2. Finding the right resource to complete the task efficiently and effectively.   3.  Learning about apps (so many) and which ones would be best for which task.

  The major challenge I see is the amount of time  that creating the videos will take. Also, maybe place tutorial videos in Seesaw. Struggles: Internet at home and non-motivated students (and then balancing this when they get back in class and others HAVE watched it).

I could see problems existing if students did not take the time to watch videos or take initiative in this.

If a student is having trouble with a skill, they have the option to ask for help from me or from a classmate. When a student have shown they have practiced the skill, they can are eligible 
to be helper in class if all other skills are completed. Before the skill is assign, we have a class discussion to active prior knowledge and provide notes if needed.

However, if those other teachers weren't interested, it could make it a lot more work.
