The number one news story on BBC news is thst typhoon yagi has passed a busy bridge in Vietnam causing it to collapse. 10 cars and 2 scooters were taken down with the bridge making them fall into the red river. 13 people are reported missing and at least 2 people jave been rescued. The deputy prime minister, Ho Duc Phoc, states that it is unclear that there has been any deaths. A small part of the 375m bridge still remains and the military have been instructed to build a pontoon bridge as soon as possible.
