- Break your manikin into parts, work on one part at a time (elbow, forearm, head, neck, etc.)
- Remember to build up your layers, one layer at a time
- Start with your lightest color, then work into your medium color, then your darkest color.
- Add highlights and shadows after filling in each part.

I really love how it turned out, I have never blended pastels so this was a different experience.

My least favorite part about creating my manikin was the mess. Sure it was a nice outcome, however the mess did not make things any better.

If I could create my manikin drawing all over again, I would change the colors. I would love to experiment with other colors if I ever did this in the future.

My least favorite part about my manikin was the head shading, I did not know what else to do but it was fine for the time being. I don’t think I could do any better than that so I did what I could.

My favourite part about my manikin drawing is the three colours blending from lightest to darkest and how the colours change from right to left giving it a unique blended purplish hue.

 My least favourite part about creating my manikin drawing was trying to avoid the chalk spiling into the other segments it reminded me of the Operation board game trying to avoid the colours from spiling into other segments that they weren't supposed be in such as when the background began overlapping with the manikins arms. 

If I could create my manikin drawing over again, I would have used brighter colours such as yellow and green also I would have tried to see if I could have blended the colours together better to avoid any visible lines from being present to make it transition right to left more seamlessly.

My favorite part about creating my manikin drawing was blocking the colors down on my drawing because after that I got to blend it and it turned out very nicely.
If I could create my manikin drawing over again, I would try and experiment with shadow behind my manikin to make it look like my manikin is standing in front of the background in 3D apace.
My favorite part of my manikin drawing is the colors and pose I chose, because I think they look pretty.
