         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sleep is very important to us and one of the secrets to get good sleep is eating right.</div><div><br>There are some foods that can stop your sleep and help you fall asleep.</div><div><br>Try to have dinner earlier in the evening, and avoid heavy, rich foods within two hours of bed. Fatty foods take a lot of work for your stomach to digest and may keep you awake.</div><div><br>To avoid waking up later in the night, stay away from alcohol in the hours before bed. Besides, Caffeine can cause sleep problems up to ten to twelve hours after drinking it! It helps reduce stress, remains your health and makes you feel so much better in the next day morning.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;I think your problem is pretty serious and i think i have some solutions for you to get rid of that.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<br>&nbsp; At dinner, i think you'd better just eat enough food, not too full and avoid eating chilly things like pepper, hot sauce,...or too salty things. Moreover, vegetables are good for your digestive system , you should eat more vegetables than meat to digest the food more quickly.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; Before going to sleep, you must never drink too much water or do exercises because those things may lead to sleeplessness. Drinking too much water will make you uncomfortable&nbsp; and you will have to pop of the toilet at midnight and doing exercises may make you sleepless.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; After all, i think those solutions i gave you are pretty effective and i think you should try to do those things to put out of sleeplessness.<br><br>   Regards,</div>]]></description>

You can feel down and anxious for a while and that's normal too.<br>There are some foods and drinks that can help you to relieve your stress such as fruits, vegetable, chocolate and some types of tea.<br>You should also try to keep a positive attitude. If you are stressed out by your homework, I think that you should only do them when you feel like doing it since you have more free time now.<br>To avoid stress, stop negative thoughts is one of many solutions. Negative thoughts can affect you more than you can imagine. Moreover, junk food isn't the ideal food for you if you're stressful. When we are too busy, we can feel more stressed.Therefore, you should not put off your work to the last minute.<br>Hope that my advices are helpful to you. Research shows that pupils and students who eat breakfast perform better in exams.<br>&nbsp;For the best breakfast, include slow-release carbohydrates, such as whole rolled porridge oats, whole grain bread or low-sugar muesli, as they provide slow-release energy. Add a protein food, such as milk, yoghurt or eggs, to keep you feeling full for longer. Here's the problem, whenever I lay down at my bed to rest, it would take me another 2 hours just so I can sleep. So in order to sleep at 10PM everyday, I have to already be at my bed at around 8PM which is really annoying. I know that not getting a 8 hours sleep will be detrimental to my health so I need your advice on what to eat to help with my sleep problem.
