They put his body inside an unlocked chest in their living room instead of dumping the body.

Brandon and Philip invite people over for a party to test their theory about their intellect. David was one of the guests on the list and obviously doesn’t show up. Brandon gets bold and drops hints while Phillip feels regret and starts acting strangely.

One of the guests begin to catch on to why David isn’t at the party. He confronts Brandon and Phillip about the ordeal. The cops end up getting called and Brandon and Phillip get arrested.
