Qn1: Would making a living as a street performer or street artist appeal to you? Why or why not? by Jas Css

Making a living as a street artist or street performer does notappeal to me.

Firstly, I do not have the confidence to be a street artist or performer.

Secondly, the amount of money that one can earn from being a street artist or performer is usually not high and making a living is not easy.

Making a living is not easy because firstly, how much one earns depends on what others think about one's performance. Secondly, being a street performer, whether I could perform depends on the weather and if it is not good, then I cannot perform and this will affect how much I earn. Thirdly, If I performs K-pop on the street, it might be what I like but the passers-by might not like what I am performing and this will reduce the amount of money that I earn. Lastly, the amount of income that I earn while being a street performer is not stable and sometimes the amount earned can be extremely low.

In the future, the cost of living will be rising. If I wants to make money while being a street artist, it will impact my future as I might not earn enough to support myself. This could affect me when I want to change a job and income is one aspect that people look at when they want to hire someone. If I cannot make it and do the job, I will end up burning the candles at both ends. I might not be able to care about my older parents due to the fact that I cannot earn much from being a street performer and do another job.

In conclusion, making a living as a street artist does not appeal to me due to the low amount of income and making a living out of it will be diffcult.

Making a living as a street artist or street performer does not appeal to me.

Firstly, I feel that being a street artist or performer would be very difficult as i do not have the ability to do it. Being a street artist requires skill to draw and impress people while being a street performer requires skill and lot of practise to perform to others,

Secondly, i feel that being a street artist or performer would result in poor income. Earning money from street performing or being a street artist would be pretty difficult as many people may like different music or art and most people would just walk by without giving you any money. Most street artists or performers don't get many customers and watchers and when they do, the people only tip them a small amount. This results in poor income.

In conclusion, i feel that being a street artist or street performer does not appeal to me due to it needing a high level of skill and having a low income.

No. First, I am not good at drawing. Street artist is a job that requires a lot of artistic skills, and I don't think I have enough skills to create paintings for other people. Second, it is not easy to make a living as a street painter. How much money you make depends on others, not you. Sometimes people don't want to spend money on street art. Third, whether you can work also depends on the weather. Sometimes if it rains heavily, it will affect your work, and your income is very unstable. - Yuntian

Firstly, the income one earns is affected by other people’s opinions (on my artwork) which is not very appealing to me as some people may be very harsh with their critiques. secondly,being a street actor or artist means that one have to work in a open area and may be affected from change in weather (give an example). Furthermore, the income earned by a street performer might barely make ends meet. (give an example)hence I think being a street performer is not a welcoming option for me.
