We all know that something doesn't quite add up with the phone situation. For instance, how could Adnan have called Jay and told him to pick him up at Best Buy, when there are no payphones at Best Buy? That detail makes Jay's whole story seem a little 'phony'

Maybe it's just me, but doesn't Jay's story seem like a huge coverup? It's almost too perfect how every alibi doesn't exist and how Jay even went back to erase some evidence. Plus, the story has changed before, so how are we really supposed to believe Jay?

The states case

If the states case was focused on Adnan's motive being anger towards Hae for breaking up with him, why did they not find any forensic evidence indicating that he did? The states case is severely lacking in terms of real life evidence, as opposed to just stories. Also, why do they base their star witness as someone who was so unreliable?

So, typically whenever you have someone say they know you were at one place, when the state is arguing that you weren't, you'd call that person an alibi, right? In my opinion, the reason that Adnan is innocent is simply in Asia McClain's story. He was in the library. Get over it!

So, are we really going to trust a streaker who has been charged with several criminal acts to have 'accidentally' find Hae's body? Mr. S shows how loose of a cannon this entire story is. The odds of him having found that body by chance are around 100000 to 1, so I have no doubt when I say Mr. S was involved, somehow, in Hae's murder
