You can find it difficult to accept what they have to say, if you disagree with how they seem to see your work.<br><br>Sometimes, we are challenged to see how our work really is, we may not realise that our work is not as good as we think it is.<br><br>Sometimes, we are offended that others don't see our work as being as good as we think it is. Sometimes their perception is wrong.&nbsp;<br><br>The challenge is to understand that it is our perspectives that change the way we see things.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>The challenge of me is the trickiest one.<br><br>The way you feel about yourself is challenged by other people giving you feedback. If you take their suggestions as a personal attack on you, you may find it difficult to see how they're giving you feedback to improve your work.<br><br>If you feel good, bad feedback makes you feel bad. If you feel bad, bad feedback makes you feel worse!<br><br>The challenge mainly comes when you forget that feedback should not be about you the person, but should only be given to help you become the best you can at doing the work you're doing.</div>]]></description>
