Why Change Management is Important:
As with any successful business initiative, having a strategy in place to manage change is critical to the success of the change implementation. 
Engaging in a managed change process reduces the resistance and ongoing discomfort around a change, making the transition much less stressful and easier to manage for both management and employees.
When stakeholders are happy and productive, the company is more efficient and effective.
