Scenario:
Assignment X requirement is to hand in Site Plan (SP), First Floor Plan (FFP), and Second Floor Plan (SFP).
The overall grade/mark for this assignment is 10, in which the SP weights 4 marks, FFP is 3 marks, SFP is 3 marks.
The grade I assign for each assignment is always ?/10. Then I convert this ?/10 into whatever weights the shows on the Course Shell.

Student A hand in this assignment with 3 drawings, SP+FFP+SFP, thus the quantity is 10. Next, the overall quality of this work is 80% (or, 8/10), then the grade for this assignment is 10X80%=8 marks.
So, if this assignment weights 20 on the Course Shell, student A will get 16 marks out of 20 marks for this assignment.

Student B hand in this assignment with 2 drawings, FFP+SFP, thus the quantity is 3+3=6 (note: 0 mark for not handing in the SP which tops at 4 marks). Next, the overall quality of this 2 drawings is 80% (or, 8/10), then the grade for this assignment is 6X80%=4.8 marks.
So, if this assignment weights 20 on the Course Shell, student A will get 9.6 marks out of 20 marks for this assignment.

From time to time, your instructor may randomly check the authentication of the Revit file. Revit itself has this powerful function that can "stamp" the user's actions.
See the example, this file started with a computer name "Rebekah"(that's the pre-set user name for one of my old computers) dated August 1, 2019, then I switched to the computer with my name on July 1, 2021.

To avoid confusion from happening between you and your instructor, make sure you use your own computer with your own name to draw. (if you are using Centennial lab's computer, you need to sign in first, which, the Revit history will show your sign-in ID--your name or your student #).
Also, your rvt drawing file should start around the first day/week of each new semester.

This means that, in this semester, You have a new rvt file for the Revit Textbook exercises, and you have another new rvt file for your ARCH201 design project (the strip mall design).

If you use your ABC.rte as a base, like, how we start to New a project, then, save it as a Project.

When you New a project, you choose/open your ABC.rte as a template (treat it like your Construction Cananda/US template), then, save your ABC.rte file as a ABC.rvt/Project,. (make sure to save it as a Project this time, not a Template).
