         <description><![CDATA[<p>A quote from the article I liked was "Uptake is the process we go through to take up a new idea and think about it until it makes sense if we get that far with it—sometimes we don’t!" Some things from the article I learned was that international students have to take different literature tests. Another is that you have to get a good score on those exams. Lastly, I had no idea translingual writing was a thing. A shocking moment from the article was that the high end words hurt her score.</p>]]></description>

I would try to rewrite them in my own writing voice,which I now know is called paraphrasing, though I still had to follow the five-paragraph essay format to achieve at least a decent grade in writing tests.</p></li><li><p>Building a writing researcher identity means that you’re able to do more than just acquire new writing skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Writers engaged in these writing tasks use different kinds of genres to fulfill their</p><p>literate activity goals.</p><p><br></p><p>Genres are a part of writing as a complex activity system. According to Grassroots Writing Research Journal (GWRJ) author Brianna Zangara (2022), an activity system works towards achieving a goal which consists of cooperative interactions among people, tools, space, and genres.</p></li><li><p>most writing is shaped by situations and settings so writing can change a lot by the small things that you write about</p><p><br></p></li></ol>]]></description>

I've learned that writing is not something so one-sided as something that's generally related to schoolwork but shows that even in daily, or trivia task were performing some form of writing.</p>]]></description>
