She also is Business and Executive Coach. <br><br><mark>One (1) paragraph describing the video content (what it was about, who was it targeted etc.) :</mark><br><br>What can we see from the video of Dr. Grace Lee who is a (Business and Executive Coach). She has told about 4 personality types in the workplace and how to influence them effectively. First of all, she talks about structure -oriented personalities. What needs to know is that individuals with this kind of personality are more prone to conversations or engaging things about facts and figures. They are the type of individuals who can be trusted and they are very responsible in matters of work and assignments. The way we communicate with them is that you must be really systematic and specific describing some process because that’s how their minds work. In addition, Dr. Grace also discusses people -oriented individual personalities. This refers to the nature of these individuals being more concerned about others or other employees. They make choices or decisions by thinking about the feelings and needs of others. Individuals of this type they have the nature of sympathy and empathy towards others. They prefer to relate to their own emotions. If you want to talk to them avoid talking about something that may touch their feelings.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>For action oriented, they are the most comfortable when they are taking charge and they are the go getters in workplace and risk taker and they just want see the result only. They tend to communicate through our own lens. For communicate with them, we must know they don’t want to know the details and they don’t want you to take them around the bush and other like this and then you must concise get straight to the point because they are action takers. Meanwhile, vision oriented is this individual always thinking about the future and a better vision of the future.<br><br><mark>One (1) paragraph personal reaction to the video (was it valuable to you? Which part of his/her talk do you remember the best? How that affect you?) :<br><br></mark>My own reaction is that this personality topic is very valuable to me because it gives me a little bit of motivation about what I will be going through after the next 90 days. It also boosted my confidence about what I need to prepare for when I’m at work one day. From the video of Dr. Grace Lee is also I was able to improve my communication skills when dealing with other people personality and I highly recommended to the public to watch this video.<br><mark><br></mark><br><br><br></div><div><br><br><br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
