Ownership SAE's are "first", and can be expanded to an Entrepreneurship SAE that cover and account for all aspects of owning and operating a business.

I have not been able to complete any SAE's yet with my chapter for Ownership or Entrepreneurship.

Ownership is creating and selling a product that is a community need to make a profit. Entrepreneurship elevates ownership to the next level by creating a business plan to manage all resources. I have had a few students who have raised their own garden crops and turned them into a successful roadside market stand.

Ownership is when students are creating their own product for profit that meets a community need. Entrepreneurship is building on their ownership SAE and accounts for things like a business plan. I have not had students start an ownership or entrepreneurship SAE.

Ownership SAEs entail students opening a business that sells goods or services to turn a profit. The difference between those and an Entrepreneurship SAE is that students must develop a business plan to broaden their scope. They will also need to create a financial plan. Sadly, I have not had the chance to help any students with this type of SAE, but I hope to do so.

Entrepreneurship is an SAE where the student owns the business/ makes some type of profit from their project. It could be an official business or even selling eggs. Ownership is where the student owns the project but may not necessary be making money off of it.
