We first met up at SAE.
The visits were incredibly helpful and helped us identify possible problems we might run into during production.

H Shop - Gilbert's new workplace
Sound from fridge. (solved by unplugging it just for a short while)
People entering the shop. (solved by having someone looking out for the set)
The screen behind the counter.(solved by unplugging it for a short while if needed)
Sound from the street outside.(solved by making our floorplans in a way that the mic does not need to be facing the road)
Changing light. (solved by trying out different light 
set ups and taking into consideration that the weather could change several times on shooting day as well.)

Apart from that, the lamps and lights he had already were sufficient for us and we simply had to add a couple more to achieve what we had in mind. The lights in the living room were dimmable which also came in handy.

We came across one point that might be problematic during production and that  was.
Sound from the street outside. Tends to get louder and busier in the hours between 17.00 - 19.00. We had to keep in mind that if we wanted to film 'louder' scenes we had to do it in those times.

The rest was relatively easy to figure out at the set-up was basically there already and few props had to be added. A small clean-up in the living room gave us enough space to operate during production and pre-production.

However, our location manager Bianca Lubbers had already provided us with pictures of the location. Those sufficed for the time being. 
Following Bianca's visit to the location she informed us that the room is sound proof and that the ambient light compliments the scene.
